Our concept

Locobike is the only shared bicycle company in Hong Kong and has been promoting Hong Kong's shared bicycle culture. We use Locobike as inspiration to build a story world of shared bicycles so that citizens can learn more about shared bicycle culture.

We use different media as a way to promote, and one of the media platforms is Instagram. We use the first-person perspective to record a fictional KOL: Lee Ka Hang. He travels to unique places worldwide and records it through photos in the limited-time bear and posts on Instagram.

 

In addition, three advertising videos are used as our main promotion method. The stories of the three films take place in different places, with different characters and situations.

 

The first video shows a KOL from Taiwan, Lee Ka Hang, traveling to Hong Kong, using shared bicycles to visit different unique places in Hong Kong and appreciate the different cultures of Hong Kong.

 

The second video shows a young man who grew up in a walled village and moved to the city for work. He asked a friend to help carry his belongings but was forgotten by his friend. He used a shared bicycle to catch up with his friend. When Lee Ka Hang visited Hong Kong, he saw young people using shared bicycles to catch up with their friends' private cars.

 

The third video is about a pair of sisters who grew up in housing estate. One day they went out to play together, but they wanted to find new entertainment. Lee Ka Hang happened to pass by Lee Ka Hang on a shared bicycle, which made them discover the option of shared bicycles.

 

We used KOL as a medium to connect the stories of three videos, highlighting that shared bicycles can bring convenience to different people, emphasizing that there are shared bicycle rental points throughout the New Territories, and highlighting that shared bicycles are more cost-effective than other means of transportation.

 

Finally, we use a dedicated website as the third promotion method. The website has a detailed introduction to shared bicycles and our story world. Let citizens interested in our topics browse our website to learn more about our topics.
